Mobile Oil Laboratory -
A viscometer that enables the determination of the oil’s kinematic viscosity at 40°C.

An infrared spectrometer that provides information about oil degradation and the presence of foreign substances in the oil.

An X-ray spectrometer that allows the identification of the chemical composition of both new and used oils, the concentration of wear metals, and elements causing contamination.
Oil Regeneration
Transformer oil regeneration restores its beneficial properties and extends its service life. This process is more affordable and faster than oil replacement. After regeneration, the oil does not differ in quality from new oil.
Oil Regeneration -
During transformer operation, the oil is exposed to various factors that cause it to lose its functional properties over time. Once it reaches a critical point, continued use of the oil can become dangerous and potentially damage the transformer. That’s why it’s essential to test the oil at least once a year and, if necessary, either replace or regenerate it.

Oil regeneration is approximately 8 times more cost-effective than replacement. Additionally, it is a quicker process. Regenerated oil is not inferior in quality to new oil.

Oil regeneration is carried out on-site, without moving the transformer. Our equipment capacity allows us to complete the entire process within one working day. We always test the oil’s properties before and after the regeneration process.
